Responsibilities: Identify organic food buyers at the international level and convert them into regular customers. Build a strong network of organic (NOP and NPOP) food buyers at the international level. Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships Analyzing market trends and competitors’ activities and formulating strategies to respond to these. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Identifying and acquiring new customers, as well as up-selling to the existing customer base. Key Requirements Strong track record of success with prior experience in the organic food industry Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets Previous experience as a sales executive, sales manager or sales and marketing director Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close Proven ability to position products against competitors Good listening, negotiation and presentation skills Good verbal and written communications skills Strong leadership and team-building skills
