Job Title : Sales Manager – Bespoke Furniture and Fit-Out Location : DELHI / MUMBAI Job Type: Full-time Salary: 10 LPA Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team at Haus Luxuriant, a leading manufacturer of bespoke furniture and fit-out solutions. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing the sales process from prospecting to closing. This position offers the opportunity to work in a creative and fast-paced environment, where you will be helping clients bring their vision to life through high-quality, custom-made furniture and fit-out solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve company targets for bespoke furniture and fit-out projects. Identify new business opportunities, actively prospect potential clients, and build a strong pipeline of leads. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and identifying upselling opportunities. Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand client requirements and ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and budgets. Prepare and present tailored proposals and quotations to clients, including product designs, material selections, and pricing. Conduct negotiations and close deals, ensuring the company's offerings align with client expectations. Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to network and promote the company’s products and services. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments. Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the management team. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer client inquiries and provide expert advice on design, functionality, and materials. Ensure that client satisfaction is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales role, ideally within the bespoke furniture, interior design, or fit-out industries. Strong understanding of the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing and post-sales support. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage with decision-makers. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and project management. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A deep passion for design, furniture, and interiors, with an eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (experience with Salesforce is a plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
