1. Recruitment of quality telemarketing executives. 2. Monitor retention percentage on regular basis. 3. Ensure maximization of number of appointments made through tele-calling. 4. Report Weekly / Monthly MIS to the Branch Manager and address concerns raised. 5. Liaising between sales and marketing team. 6. Handling the team of Tele Marketing Executives and Tele Marketing Supervisor.
