The Sales Head will be responsible for overseeing the Sales Teams’ Operations, Corporates, Oversees and Strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitors’ analysis, develop and implement Sales strategies. He will provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans and discount price. He will be responsible for tracking sales team metrics, analyzing sales team data and developing plans to address performance gaps. Setting targets, performance plans and standards for sales representatives and coaching individual to improve sales performance. Enabling team by duly acknowledging team members achievements and accomplishments, planning and implementing regular training programs for skill building.
