Duties and Responsibilities • Calling to customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries. • Handling and resolving customer queries. • Providing customers with the organization’s service and product information. • Following up complicated customer calls where required. • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM. • Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle inquiries. • Managing administration, communicating and coordinating with internal departments. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Open availability for 2 shifts: o Monday to Friday (Sat. Sun. fix off) o 5 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 11 p.m. • Fresher or experience up to 2 years. • Experience in dealing with the public. • Excellent communication skills. • Ability to work with others in a close manner. • Good computer skills. • Should be having good cricket skills Skills and Specifications: • Able to convince the client. • Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies. • Able to maintain customer confidentiality. Education: • Graduate or Under Graduate.
