Description

The HR Executive should be responsible for the following tasks: • Develop, implement and manage HR strategies, policies and procedures. • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. • Oversee recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing and onboarding. • Manage employee performance and rewards programs. • Monitor and analyze employee relations and engagement. • Counsel employees on HR-related issues. • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy. • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data. • Develop and implement training programs. • Coordinate employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement savings plans. • Monitor and analyze HR metrics. • Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related topics. • Participate in strategic planning sessions.
